Hello,
I’m Chris,

My family started a real estate company way back in 1880, in Henley on Thames, England
On leaving school in 1971. I joined a firm of Chartered Surveyors in Reading.
Messrs Nicholas were Auctioneers, Land and Estate Agents, with four offices in the Thames Valley.
After a few years, working as an assistant to the Commercial Partner, I left to study Landscape Design & Build, becoming a Chartered Horticulturist.
At first working in a large engineering dept of a London borough, working on Parks (there were 115), Schools (around 120) and Golf Courses (3). Three of us left to form our own Design & Build Company.
We quickly grew to around 35 staff, winning many awards along the way.

On moving to America in 1998, I continued to ‘Design & Build’ for a number of years before returning to Real Estate.
Today I’m a licensed Realtor in Missouri & Kansas. I specialize in providing a personalized service for homeowners at :
